Trade-in Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the iAQUA Watercraft Limited Trade-In Program. By participating in our trade-in program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Trade-in Terms...

Eligible Watercraft: Our trade-in program is open for powered sea-scooters, powered surfboards, and powered foil-boards. We reserve the right to determine the eligibility of any watercraft for the trade-in program.
Condition Requirements: Watercraft can be traded in under various conditions. The condition of your watercraft will impact the discount rate offered on our products. All conditions are subject to assessment by our authorized representative.
Age and Model Restrictions: There are no age or model year restrictions for watercraft eligible for trade-in. All ages and models are welcome and will be assessed to determine the applicable discount rate.
Trade-In Value Determination: The trade-in value is determined based on a questionnaire filled out by the customer on our website. Our algorithm calculates a score based on the provided details, which corresponds to a variable discount rate applicable towards the purchase of select products.
Usage of Trade-In Value: The trade-in value can only be used towards the purchase of items listed in the trade-in section of our website. Restrictions apply.
Required Documentation: Proof of ownership, such as a sale deed, sales invoice, or purchase receipt, is required to complete a trade-in transaction.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding the assessed value of a trade-in will be handled at the sole discretion of iAQUA Watercraft Limited's Authorized Reseller.
Fees and Charges: The customer is responsible for the transportation of the product being traded in to an authorized iAQUA representative. If iAQUA arranges the pickup of the trade-in product, the costs will be invoiced to the customer.
Cancellation Policy: Customers may withdraw from the trade-in agreement until the exchange of products is complete. Once the transaction is finalized, the trade-in cannot be reversed.
Privacy and Data Protection: Personal information collected during the trade-in process, including email addresses, contact numbers, and region (location), is solely for assessing the value of the trade-in product and facilitating the trade-in process. This information will be protected in accordance with our privacy policy. A copy of the completed trade-in form will be sent to the customer's registered email address.
